Please note - volunteers will still be asked to provide some assistance during the event, due to the limited number of drivers in attendance.

I'll take a tech spot. Glad to help in other ways as well but I'll be late to a family event so I can't stay after.
Thanks.

Between Larry S. and Dave K., I think we can probably cover registration, don't you think? I was thinking about eliminating the 3rd registration work spot.

Yes, the two of them should be able to handle it.

OK.. that means we only have 3 positions left...
1) Early waivers
2) pack/load trailer at end of event
3) assist with transporting truck to/from event
Post #3 isn't too bad at DCTC, just meet at the site early, take a 10 minute carpool to the storage space, pick up the truck, then drive it back... same at the end of the event.
Any takers?

I'm not participating in the event so I have no problem helping move the truck and packing/unloading it.

I'd be willing to waiver from 715 to 845. Is there a crash course and who do I report to?

Cool! This means you'll probably need to get to the site early... probably so you can leave DCTC at 6:40am... (unless Steve G. has an alternate plan). Are you OK with that?

All yours. Just meet at the truck/trailer around 7:10am and someone can get you the wristbands and waiver clipboard.
I am happy to do the waiver/gate position.
Sorry... first come, first served! ;)
You want to help pack the truck at the end of the event?
thanks!

I may need to scoot out after the event fairly quickly, so I dont want to volunteer for packing up the truck as I did last event, since it keeps me there a bit longer. I would be happy to help pick up and stack cones for a bit afterward, but will need to take off after that.
