This thread is to solicit volunteers for MOWOG 3, being held June 1st. Please help us get all positions filled ASAP. For new members - most volunteers will sign up for work positions day of event. This is just for the volunteers required to get the event set up & running.

If your name is already listed, please confirm you will be at the event and able to work.

I'll take a Waiver Gate from 7-8:30.
Also David Vite normally does this at the same time, so I'm sure he'll be up for doing it as well for same time...

Steve, you threw this out there just as I left for holiday weekend....didn't see it until now. Looks like I missed out on all the good jobs. I can't stay and pack with the driving time home. Put me down for assistant course, or I can take a second group on course walk, or whatever....thanks!!

I have no problem setting the computer system up and getting everything wired, I'm just not versed in running the actual program.

But I'm sure there will be some Timing PHDs there that can handle the setup and running

if it comes down to it, the EMs all have my cell info, and can try and call me day of, and i can try and help them work through it.

I'm pretty confident I can do it, just let me know what time you need it running, and give me Shane's cell phone number, just in case. =]

I'll be bringing the updated timing computers with me on Sunday, and should be able to deal with any issues that come up. I'll be doing course setup first thing, but will be available after that to help out as needed.
