The subject line is supposed to read "... perfect for someone with a project car!" My fiancee and I have made the move to home ownership. We want to move in obviously, but we have to get out of our lease at the current place. We need to give two months notice, so as of now we won't be able to move until the end of January. I know it's a !@#$ty time to move, but it's a good time to buy a house. Those of you who've been to my house know what the setup is like. I'll see if I can get some photos too.
Rent: $1120 (cheap if you have a good roomate) The landlord is a really good guy too.
House: Two bedroom, one bath. Full basement, so plenty of indoor storage. Almost everything was refinished about 5 years ago, a few months before I moved in. Most appliances are new.
Garage: Deep two-car (I built my Scirocco in there) with an attached storage shed. It'd be a three car, but the door on the shed isn't wide enough to fit a car through. I keep my motorcycles in there.
Location: Richfield, just a few blocks away from Southdale and the Galleria and everything else in the neighborhood. I can't think of a more convenient location.
What more can I say. If I owned it I wouldn't be moving. Please contact me if you are interested or have any other questions.
