Ice Racing schedule

I had such a great time with the Glacier Lakes Quattro Club last year I'm all psyched for Ice Racing this winter.

The GLQC doesn't seem to have their schedule up yet, I'm hoping they decide to do more then 2 events. Has anybody heard anything?

Does anybody know of any other scheduled Ice Racing events that are open and near to the Twin Cities this winter?

I know Salah is looking forward to the lakes freezing. Is anybody else interested in some winter fun?

I've actally considered some studs or even ice racing tires this winter. Any idea where I might be able to get some for cheap?

I thought it would be fun to get a head-start on ice racing and pulled the Civic out onto (into) Calhoun. Unfortunately, it was really *wet* out there. Did I do something wrong? Maybe I should have swapped out my azenis for some studded tyres. :D

at todays rallycross they talked about having a NON wheel to wheel ice rallycross for stock cars stock tires.

Im sure more will be posted on the specialstage forums, and I'll probably post them here once dates are set.
