Not the same deal in Milwaukee. You can usually still walk up and do morning registrations in Milwaukee. They have higher entry caps, if any at all, and have a site that can handle more people.

I've only pre-registrered for one Milwaukee event ever and that was the National Tour. Otherwise it's always worked to just show up (very early!) and run. :)

If I remember there entry cap when I registered last year was like 300.
