That should cover the basics. Volunteering would be helping out the club a great deal...sorry, can't let a non-instructor drive. You don't have to sign up to just come out and float around meeting people and helping out wherever. Everyone is welcome of course. Thanks a bunch and please PM me if you have any questions!

Pat,
I'll lead the course setup efforts. Get me 3 other volunteers, and we'll have the whole thing set up in 30-45 minutes.
We don't need someone to tow the trailer, we need someone to drive the club truck (sporting a new engine) & trailer from/to the storage lot. If one of the instructors is willing to do this, we can probably find you a vehicle to use for instructor runs.
-Steve
p.s. Nikki & Matt didn't want to deal with the food this year, so Shane "volunteered" to order food/beverages & arrange for pick-up or delivery onsite. We approved a bit more budget than last year, to cover party subs or similar.

I'm planning on being around to help, but in case something comes up and I can't make it I'd prefer to stay off of any lists.

There really isn't specifically anything to do on Sunday, so I'm not going to list any more "floaters" for Sunday. Everyone is welcome to show up and watch, hang out, whatever. You don't need to check in here if your just going to be there. (Tai, we don't "need" anyone on Sunday, but thanks for offering!)
I do need some of the positions filled. Mainly, and perhaps most importantly, getting the equipment truck to and from the site. Anyone?

One note - something the floaters can help with during runs is helping ensure the course workers understand their jobs. Creating a new crop of trained course workers is a valuable side-benefit of the Novice School.

I depends on whether Josh and/or Shane have or can pick up the equipment they need for the Timing PhD class or not. Assuming they do, the truck/trailer will only need to be used on Sunday.

OK..I'm starting to get a little worried here with a week to go...no truck, no school.
I'll bump this up again. I would do it myself, but I'm from out of town and can't manage it. OK...who want to be the hero? Thanks!!

Unless Andres has it already, I'll drive the truck to and from on Sunday. If the trailer is needed on Saturday I'll drive it to and from where ever it needs to be and probably catch a ride and not be around during the day. Who wants to meet me at the truck or somewhere to give me the keys and gate code?
Since I'll be there all day Sunday I can help with setup and teardown as well.

Your always welcome to just jump in and help wherever...course setup, teardown and packing, ... Maybe just wander around the corners and help give course working tips to the newbies. Thanks!!

This weekend turned out to be the only time I could get my timing belt changed before MOWOG 1 so I'll be doing that Saturday. I'll try to make it on Sunday if I can.
