OK, here's what I was thinking. I will pick up burgers and brats, will bring buns, paper plates, ketchup, mustard, pickles, relish, onions, napkins. I have a portable bottle gas grill, but will need more. I will ask for a donation to offset the cost of the food. I will cook!

I need anothe couple of small bottle fed gas grills. Who can bring one?

I'm bringing a loaner camper that has a charcoal grill, a canopy off the side for shade as well as an additional 10' x 10' stand alone canopy for additional shade......so I guess I can offer up some shade if someone can supply some way to anchor it (maybe some misc street wheels?)

We'll be hard to miss. Pat and I are going to reserve a large section of paddock space for the 30 or so MAC members coming to the event. We have at least a couple RV's, and will try to set it up so we have a large common area.
