On Sunday, we will need to drive the truck & trailer back to the storage facility in Inver Grove Heights. To avoid driving all the way back to Valleyfair after dropping off the truck, we need two drivers who are coming to the event in the same car. I can follow the truck to the storage site (or have one of the volunteers drive my truck), open the gate and get the truck in the correct parking space.

And yes, this counts as your Sunday work assignment for the two volunteers. ;)

ps. Maybe we could come up with a sticky that would give a brief description of each job and what time to get there in relation to the start time. could help the newer participants, I always forget what time to show up for certain jobs in the morning and hate asking.

We still need a few helpers to set up the course & grid on Friday. This doesn't count as a Saturday or Sunday work assignment - however you do get the opportunity to walk the Saturday course before anyone else. ;)

Steve, if you've got extra workers ready to go, and if Valleyfair is conducting employee training this weekend, it might be a good idea to have a 2nd person at the Front gate to help re-direct wayward peeps. Seems to me this choked it up last year a bit more than normal.
