Hi everyone,
A co-worker is selling his summer car: a 1987 Porsche 944 Turbo.
The car itself is in immaculate condition with only 4000 miles and over $15000 invested in the last four years (since the owner (Dale) bought it). It currently has 127k on the odo and has never seen winter or any bad weather for that matter. Recently a new turbo was purchased and the engine checked out fine from a local Porsche mechanic. The car has gotten a new paint job in the last few years and still looks mint. The interior is in extremely good condition, too. The brakes were serviced last fall along with the engine. The 944 also received a new set of Michelin high-performance tires late last year. The computer has been chipped and the engine currently makes appx. 270hp/300lb ft at the crank. After driving the 944, I can say that those estimates are accurate. The car itself will pull hard in any gear above 3000 rpm. Max boost was indicated as 2 bar on the gauge.
Price is firm at $13,000.
