This tire hugger thing seems to have caught on. Shane, you might have to change your tag-line.

I seem to recollect a thread on MNSUBARU about your attendance at a MNSUBARU Sushi get together.

Sharing sushi with a bunch of Subaru folks isn't too far off from Wine and Cheese with the Austin Healy folks on the Foo Foo meter! :flame:

Really? The Gymkhana doesn't count? (Vintage term for an Autocross)

As for the hillclimb, it will happen and if it's like in the past 60 cars total with a maximum of 20 "non-vintage" cars. They are still finalizing the date, remember that it's to be run at 8/10ths, one accident and we lose the site forever & there is not enough protection to go 100% up the hill (ravine/trees and lack of guardrails...)

Paul

PS. An early Miata or MR2 still isn't vintage....

And only air cooled 'dubs allowed! ;)

Hey, we got together, had a nice time socializing, and watched some racing videos.
Something maybe MAC should do once in a while.
Socialise!

I don't think the date was posted:
Saturday July 8th, rain date Sunday July 9th.

You're only allowed if you can drive like this

not like this

Bump

Someone asked me for the hillclimb dates recently, see last post.

Couple things,

This is not to be run at 10/10ths, don't come if you plan on that, you will be asked to leave if you drive in a way that we feel risks our ability to continue the event either for the day or for the future. There are drop offs/big trees & no guardrails....

60 cars total, with 20 "newer" cars allowed, after all it is a "vintage" event.

When registration starts I will post that info/contact.

Paul
