It looks like I will be out of town for the meeting this week.
Could someone be so kind as to fill me in on any new news?

Steve heres a synopsis.
Midway dates that were voted to be locked in: 4/6, 5/10-11 (evo), 6/15, 7/20, 9/28/, 10/12.
$5750 in the treasury. 31 Members.
Phil Sundberg voted in as " Member At Large".
Phil Sunberg will contact Dwight as to staus of trailer brakes and and check on pricing.
Chuck Bower will contact Josh Berman (absent) re: status of display board and purchase.
Jeremy said he would look at display pricing.
Chuck Keith and Bob measured ALL Right Parking and will forward to Pat Washburn.
Daryl brought a picture of the Kart Track at Cokato.
Jeremy Engel will be EM at 4/6 Midway.
We agreed to have Drew explore possibility of an event at St Cloud.

"Member at large" is a bored member, I mean Board member usually with a specific duty to fill to help the club, it's unpaid, extra work and helps the events/club run better.
Good enough answer?

In Phil's case he will be responsible for Promoting the Club.
There was also a discussion at the meeting about coordinating the Novice School with Dunwoody. I don't remember who was supposed to take care of that.

Jon,
I believe the by-laws state there must be so many Member's at Large based on the number of members. Not sure of the ratio. Whether the position is a Board member or not, I'll do what I can with the time I have.
