Someone should gobble this car up!
This is a great car to learn on. Just enough power and performance to keep things entertaining, yet reasonably safe and very practical. The high redline is awesome, especially at our small courses and the limited slip is cool. The car ain't perfect (power steering lockup sucks a**) but it's great bang for the buck.
I've autocrossed my car for 7 years, used it for a couple of Brainerd sessions, several AARRFFF sessions with nary a complaint, and now with 126k. It is a ROCK. almost like a CRX.
The only problems to date: fuel injectors- dealer replaced 2 at about $150-$200 a pop.
Front sway bar bushings- cheap and easy to fix, but mine probably wore out due to autocross, so this car should be ok.
It overheats a little at St. Cloud AARRFF sessions, but it's manageable.
