Hey everyone!
I have a set of Intercomp scales with all software for corner balancing autos.
If anyone is wanting to balance their car, or just curious as to the weight distribution of your car, email, PM, or call me anytime and we can set something up. I would prefer to work out of my garage simply because the floor is almost perfctly level. :D

Thanks,
Dan

Are you looking for anything in return? Food? Recreational Beverages? My mustang needs to be corner wieghted, but it won't be driveable till the end of march.

I myself am very interested in this. Will you take beer/food as payment?

Me too, will cash do?

Set the price, 50 bucks or 1 case, or 25 burgers or ?

Consider me interested.... Let us know what you are looking for, in return. :)

Zak, are you just looking to get the weights? I thought you had the Ver5 suspension.... If so, maybe we can do it at the same time as I am looking for a true corner weighting (or is it weighing?) ;) and we can check yours quickly. Just a thought.

You're going to have to stand in line for that with all the other MAC autocrossers :)

Some of us PM'ed or emailed him so who knows how many requests he has so far --- and I'll finally be able to answer the question

How much does that Sprite weigh :D

I'm booked for late Jan or Feb, after I get a couple things done that would affect the weight distribution...

I'm thinking about going to some coilovers next summer, so I was looking to get a corner weight. Possibly JIC FL-A2's are in my future. IF I CAN GET THE GODDAMN THING TUNED!

I guess I'm not in this to make $ or anything, but tips are welcome since a small fortune has been invested in these! Otherwise High Life is the right color and it always fits! It all depends on what you need. A simple corner weight can be done in 15 minutes, where as a full balance can take 3 hrs or so. If that's the case, an extra set of hands wouldn't hurt. I have done balancing on formula cars in the past, but those are relatively simple. My car (fortuneately) weighed in at 50/50 both R/L and F/R so there wasn't alot to do. That's about all I've seen, so bring your knowledge of your car and suspension with you! (Don't show up with a '87 Merkur, hand me the keys and say "Do it". ) Other than that, just PM me to set up a time, and we'll get to it. Weekdays after 4 or so, and pretty much anytime during the weekends is best for this guy. :D

p.s.- fun runs in someone else's car next season works, too!

let me know if you are planning on going, i'll still go down there with you just to see the difference in weights between our two cars. I'm also tuning it this week, so i can actually drive it a little bit harder now =]

Bump.
I made up a cheesy set of ramps to get on the scales. I figured jacking cars gets the suspension geometry all goofed up.
