Anyone know about an Event Adam A. mentioned in Waterloo this Sunday?

I've check the iowaregionscca.org and didn't see any events for this weekend. I was kinda looking around for one to attend as I haven't been in the car for so long wanted to get in an drive a bit, before DCTC.

Earlier in the year, I put an Iowa SCCA event at waterloo on my calendar for July 3rd, but now their website doesn't show it...

I don't think I can go, anyhow, I have visitors for the weekend.

Dmvrscca has a "to be annouced" on there web site
thats the one I think it is for the 3rd but can't get a confirmation on it.

Apparently they are a secret club and only announce the days to a select few. I guess that's one way to keep an event small and full to the prescribed limit without anyone falling off a waiting list. :lol:

Every event seemed like TBA.

My calendar says Iowa Region . . . I think they had it on their site and then took it off or something. I don't think DMVR has held an event since May, and doesn't really have anything firm on their schedule.

The only event I found within 200 miles(MyAutoEvents.com) of Lake City here is in Brodhead, Wi this weekend a Madison Sports Car Club event.

I'm pretty sure Iowa Region doesn't have another event until 07/24. I get email notifications for all their upcoming events, and nothing has been sent to me or listed anywhere for 07/03.

The only event I found within 200 miles(MyAutoEvents.com) of Lake City here is in Brodhead, Wi this weekend a Madison Sports Car Club event.

Brodhead is fun... Sugar River Raceway, a kart track. I don't know if I'd drive almost 5 hours for it, but I had a good time there last year. We did 3 runs in daylight, 3 at night.

DMVR is having significant challenges in securing sites to run at right now.

There is no Waterloo event on July 3rd. I was mislead by a certain someone and am sorry for the confusion. There is a great MidDiv down at Kansas City July 23rd and 24th at the Royal's stadium. Bienert, Wrolsen, and I are going to that one. Any takers?
