We read abbreviated minutes (re: those who had been nominated for the board), we discussed those nominations, vis-a-vis whether someone who we weren't sure knew they had been nominated could in fact be elected, we resolved that (no, they can't), and we voted on the nominees.
We formed a "trailer layout" (or "trailer design" if you prefer) committee to work out how we want the trailer to be organized. That committee will come up with some options, w/ costs, and present them at an upcoming meeting. The goal is to implement the recommendations before the first autocross next year. As an aside, the trailer put in an in-person appearance at the meeting, and it is SWEET!
A motion was passed calling for the timing and scoring board member (me :-) to work until February to get our old time display working with the new timing computer setup; if by February we have determined (with the guy who writes the software) that it isn't possible to get the old display working with the new system, we will buy a new display.
We discussed some sites - work is still ongoing on the new site "under the bridge" in St. Paul.
We discussed the rules meeting which is on this coming Sunday (NOTE location change: Now at Dwight's place. There's another message on the board about the change)
We heard from Dwight that MAC needs people to volunteer for board positions. Ask Dwight if you're interested.
That's about all I remember.

Thanks for the update.
Anyone know anymore details about what was said about
the Saint Paul site under the bridge? I feel like I have
been kept in the dark on this issue.
