Steve,
I took a couple jobs off the list. We don't need separate gate workers at Midway, due to the site layout.

It takes maybe an hour to get an event set up at Midway. The site's small, and the parking lines make it REALLY easy to place cones on course.
Steve - one suggestion. If you can get the trailer and yourself there real early (like 6:15 AM - 6:30 AM), I'd do it. Since it's your first time setting up the course, having 30-45 minutes to work on the course before the rest of the volunteers show up will be invaluable. If you have a course setup vounteer or two there early to help - even better.
Registration & general setup volunteers need to arrive by 7:00 AM or shortly thereafter.
Course setup.

OH, oh. Paul wants revenge for me beating him at Rendezvous and is coming after Sue's TR4 with his Sprite. I'm dead meat. :o
I have only been to one Rendezvous, 2003 in Thunder Bay. They ran the autoslalom (we were in Canada, eh?) heads up, no car classes, three trophies for men and one trophy for women. I wound up 2nd overall with the stock TR4. Steve Rixen in his modified Big Healey ripped off three runs that were all faster than my best. Before the event, my money had been on an old Mini with wide tires...
When they called me up for the trophy presentation, they pronounced "Ethier" in a way that confirmed we were in neither Minnesota nor Quebec...

Might be fishing that weekend....but if I'm not, I'll help with registration. Only way I'm running though is if I can either find a stock swaybar in good condition or a new rear swaybar drops from the sky.:(

Put my brother (Kyle Schroepfer) down for Course Setup please. Russ Alexander could be considered a Tentative for Course Setup, until I confirm his driving status for that weekend (Probe needs tires).

Hey Phil,
They talked me into setting up the course so I hope you won't use that as an excuse IF I'm faster than you :-)
Feel free to stop by in the AM & help...

Of course I would use that as an excuse. Don't be ridiculous.
Don't make it super-tight, or Steve Rixen will beat everybody again. ;)
I hope that I can find the site. The Thunder Bay club didn't seem all that organized and didn't like to bother with details like telling the conventioneers how to find things in town. I'm sure the Healey club will do better on this.

I will be there early so I can do general or course setup.
We have two different events being discussed here!
The first is Mowog IV.
the second one is Rendezvou, in Grand Rapids MN.
Paul is setting up the gymkhana course, with Phil's comments, and Dwight's help.
And I'm runnin' my 'Stickies'.
But Brian and Jon, and maybe Rick all driving.
Who is da fastest?

I'm in for Regestration.
name please?
I really, really want to stay for the end of Rendezvou. So I'm a hopin' that someone else can get the trailer..............
And that'll leave another spot for someone to drive.

I, Roger Booth, can probably work tech.
I'm skipping Waterloo to run at Midway. I'm still questioning my sanity.
