If I did it right, this should be an aerial image of the lot Steve mentioned. Is anyone talking to the owners? Looks like it has possibilities.

That is it.

I talked to the manager and told him who we are and that we do driving skills exercises and that we are looking for sites. I mentioned the Midway site we are using and asked him if he would be interested discussing the possiblity of us renting the site.

He sounded open to the idea and I think we have a good shot at it.

The pavement is 2-3 years old and it is all fenced in. Would be a great site and it is in a nice central location of the cities.

I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

If you haven't done it already, maybe you could give your contact name and number to Drew. He has copies of our insurance certificates, and could perhaps take it a step further. Anyone else look at this site? Is there paddock space?

Thanks for the work Steve. If Drew (sorry to be volunteering you Drew!) or someone else can do some follow up, maybe we will have another site next spring. :)

I already passed it to Drew. He is waiting to check out the site before contacting him.

After further looking at the picture you have that is the site, but it is a very old picture and the lot that I am refering to is built next to it. As for the paddocking, there would be tons of room for paddocking either on the top lot or the lot on the lower level. That lot is at least as big as the upper level lot, but the pavement is not as nice.
