As most of you know... the white car is now "mine"... yeah thanks to wrecking it I now own the white gt-s.

Anyways ... let's get over all the stuff right away. I rolled it, my fault, i'm a *******.

I want to know how much it would be to JUST FIX THE ROOF. I don't care about anything else. The car has no chassis or motor damage whatsoever. it's just the stupid roof and some body panels.

You can view pics there. (even though every f'n person at the
AARRF get together got pics anyways... you've probably seen 'em)

ALSO IF YOU KNOW OF ANY "STUDENT" BODY SHOPS that need a project car...... to LEARN ON . Let me know, I would be willing to do that. I just want this car back legally drivable down the road.

Any advice is welcome......

Sorry to hear about your car man! You can try Technical Colleges like Hennepin Tech or Century Technical College. I am currently going to Century Technical College for their AST program. We also have a pretty good Auto Body program. If you want, I can ask the Instructor of the Autobody program to see what he can do or if he have an opening for such a project. I am 99% sure that there's no Labor charges, you would only have to pay for parts and paints.:)

Of course having your car done at Student body shops, there's no guarantee that the finish product will be as good as if you were to bring it to a big well known Body Shop such as LaMettry's Autobody.

I am open to any suggestions. It would be great if you would check on something like this for me. In fact that would be REALLY great.

BTW .... that prelude is hot!

After looking at the pictures your car is not bad at all.

The GSR we race was way worse then that when we bought it and
all we did was pry the roof in place and slap so bondo on it. And the wierd thing is that the sunroof still works. :)

Good luck getting it fixed. I would just find someone with a frame rack and
have it bent back. I wish I had a name to give you.

thanks. I appreciate the reply.

It appears that I have a solution worked out to get the car fixed. I'm getting the roof replaced and reinstalled by a pro that is cutting me a great deal. So I'm pretty happy right now. Dunno how long it will take , but hopefully we'll have the car back sooner than later.
