What's the Met Council policy on passengers during runs? And for this Sunday, does anyone know the PCA policy?

The official Met Council policy, per the 2005 Rules:



6.3 Passengers are not permitted during timed runs.




However, Event Masters have the flexibility to waive or modify this rule. For MAC events, our 2005 policy can be summarized as follows:



-During timed runs, the ONLY passengers that will be allowed are instructor riding with a student or student riding with an instructor. Instructors for '05 will be designated by the Driver Education Chair. Instructors for a particular event will be determined by who has signed up for that work assignment.


-During post-event fun runs, passengers will be allowed. ALL passengers must meet the following criteria: signed waiver, wearing approved helmet, 14 years of age or older.


I'm not certain what the passenger rules will be for the April 17th PCA event. However, drivers should assume no passengers will be allowed, unless otherwise informed at the Driver's Meeting.
