Tire Groovers...

Has anyone had any experience buying or using a tire groover for cutting a tread pattern in slicks? I'm wondering about price for a decent one, source, and difficulty of use...?

Don't know anything about using them, but I think my Lefthander Chassis catalogue lists one. I've had good service from Lefthander. Don't know if they're on the net; if not, let me know and I'll look it up for you. Try sprint car/circle track mags and advertisers to source.

Update: Just looked at the Fegers webpage, and they carry a groover, too.
