Can someone tell me how the AARRF transponders are powered and their approximate size? I have done an AARRF event but it was prior to them getting their transponders. Thanks.

Its about 3 times larger than a standard garage door opener. Its battery powered, comes with velcro backing. I don't think you'll have any prob Keith. Id think you could tuck it along the inside the cockpit.

btw: Somebody brought their Formula car to BIR.. It was the same body style as Washburn's car. Looked real fun.

Thanks Bill, I wish I could have made it to Brainerd but it just didn't work out. Maybe I'll be ready next year.
