Folks, we still need a couple volunteers to load the truck/trailer after the event. Keep in mind TnT's finish at 4 PM, so you don't need to stay as late as a regular MOWOG event.

Matt D, you are now Chief of Safety & Sound Control.

Jocelin and I can load the trailer, but we'll still need some help as Jocelin's dead-lifting skills are a little rusty.... :D

I'm no longer signed up for the event, but Jocelin is. My understanding is that everyone works twice. If I load truck and she loads truck, can those two work assignments count as her work for the day?

The reason I ask is that we want to go to Josh King's baby shower from 10am-1pm. We were planning on going in the morning to the TnT, checking in, then leaving for the baby shower. We'd come back to the TnT in the afternoon and Jocelin would run until the end. Doing alternate work assignments would give her the 1-4pm time to actually run rather than work from 1-3 and run from 3-4pm.

Sounds good, thanks. I did in fact find a spot, told the person today to send an email to the registrar.

OK, all the spots are filled.

Clark, you're down for packing.

Jocelin/Charles you're down for packing as well. That can count as one person's work assignments for the day.

So I assume that the volunteer spot counts as one of our 2 course worker spots for the day?

It depends on the position. Chief jobs count double, since those volunteers are expected to be on duty all day.
