Paul is a real nice guy. I met him when I did announcing with Llew and Jesse Mullan at last year's Spectator stage at the dirt track. I had seriously considered making my Jetta into a rally car after witnessing my first event 2 yrs ago. Thats why my old sunroof is now a alum plate. Its the best racing event you can watch for FREE.. You WILL have a good time!

Ojibwe rally was pretty cool. Me and Christian were on the service crew for the Primitive Racing WRX of Paul Eklund and Co-driver Scott Huhn. Friday 's stages ran from 5:30pm to 12:30am and was storming very bad later on. After Friday we were running in 14th. Saturday ran from 12:30pm to about 8:00pm and was very windy. Paul and Scott starting getting faster and a few guys crashed out. Until the second to last stage they were pretty close to 10th. On the second to last stage they got a flat and lost the tranny after that. I had a great time and will definitely do it again.:D

The TT isn't for rallying but the Ojibwe rally really makes me consider building a rally car. It is a rather expensive sport though but oh so worth it.:sarc

andre and I went to that this year and it was totaly worth the 5 hour drive up there.

seeing those cars flying past you on dirt roads going 60+ is amazing.

I have 2 hours of video and hundreds of pictures on my comp. I may get around to posting them somewhere.

i highly suggest you all go to the next rally
