Elections for the 2010 MAC Board will be held at the November 18th Membership Meeting. For those members unable to attend the meeting, we are for the first time offering absentee voting.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To submit an absentee ballot, please copy and paste the following ballot into an email message, and send to: vote@mnautox.com.
Please place an "x" next to each nominated candidate you are voting for. If you wish to vote for one or more write-in candidates, type their name(s) in the space provided, instead of voting for the nominated candidate(s).
Absentee ballots may be submitted any time between Sunday, November 15th at 9:00 PM CST and Tuesday, November 17th at midnight. Ballots received after the deadline will not be considered.
Absentee ballots will be printed by the Club Secretary, and tallied along with other votes at the November 18th Membership Meeting.
Ballots MUST contain your full name, so membership status may be verified by the club Secretary. Only ballots submitted by current paid members will be counted.
