Well, before I go about destroying what tread I have left on my tires, I want to be sure that I can drive during the winter. I'd like a cheap set of steelies with the right offset for a Civic (not sure what that is), in relatively good condition (not bent, surface rust okay as long as it doesn't affect the strength), with tires with tread.

Yes Matt, I know they are ugly, and yes, I know that everyone wants to race when you have them on. But who would want to race a mini-minivan anyways? :p

I was wondering if any junkyards around the area sell wheels for cheap. Every time that I have gone to U Pull R Parts (http://www.upullrparts.com/), the Civics there have been mostly stripped out already. The price on steelies there is $9 a piece, too bad they're impossible to find in good condition :(

I've got a set of 4 13" steels with some old "R" compound A008's, $25 puts them on your car! Find me here, I'm ALWAYS home! Thetick217@yahoo.com

I don't think 13's would fit over my stock rotors. Plus, the stock 15"'s already look a little small for my car, heh. I wonder what the rolling diamater on that wheel/tire combination would be... $25 definitely fits my price range though :(
