The Sports Car Club of La Crosse would like to remind you that our
championship autocross series continues this weekend! We will be
running both Saturday 7/11 and Sunday 7/12 at SE Technical College in
Winona, MN. Please continue to check our website <www.scclac.org>
for updates and our complete summer schedule. You can also find a
detailed flyer and schedule for our event this weekend.

Our second event in June was another excellent weekend with new and
old faces, and great weather. Thanks again to all those who traveled
to attend the event and especially to all the event staff who make
this possible. Results and pictures are posted on our website and
forum.

oooo saturday i'm putting tons of parts on the car, and sunday is the fun run with the sols/skys. :(

Maybe i'll bring them by, we're going atleast as far as Winona, maybe some of them would like to see the action....

I'll be there Saturday trying out a bigger front swaybar and stiffer rear springs. 8)

Approximate number of runs at the TnT?

Road-style course like DCTC?

EDIT: Google mapped the course. Looks pretty small with just a "toilet bowl" and three "city blocks."

^ The aerial might be deceptive compared to what you are used to at DCTC. The "city blocks" are a good bit larger and the "bowl" has a 200' inner diameter (vs ~150' at DCTC)

It makes for a nice course, I'd give it a try before you write it off.

It is a fun place to go. My favorite venue to date.:conecar: (I haven't been to DCTC yet):(

I had a great time! In some ways, I prefer the course to DCTC and definitely better than Midway. The LOL guys were super friendly and laid back. First car off at ~10:45am and finished with 8 runs by 1:30! I had only been to one other LOL event (was at the speedway), but I'll certainly be back for future Winona events!

Thanks again to Jeremy and the LOL guys, and thanks to David for the company there and to Todd Freeman for lunch and camaraderie. :rockon
