Our arrangement with Chippewa Valley Sports Car Club (CVSCC) provides for five no-charge entries for MAC members who serve in key volunteer positions at events where we provide CVSCC with equipment & logistical support. To that end, I need five volunteers for the June 28th event:

Course Design & setup - Steve Garnjobst
Truck driver & equipment setup - Josh Karsten
Timing & Scoring - Shane Donahue
Timing & Scoring - Josh Berman

Timing volunteers should have, at minimum, attended one of our timing PhD classes. You'll be in charge of the timing trailer during one or more heats, so you need to know enough to deal with the minor issues that can crop up.

The truck driver needs to be on our list of approved drivers.

Note: If you volunteer for one of these positions, DO NOT register for the event. CVSCC will manually register you.

Thx!

Excellent. We just need two more timing volunteers. Speak up now, or lose the chance for a free entry!

I still need two timing volunteers for the CVSCC event. It's worth free entry to the event! :rockon

p.s. Dan - if you can sell your entry to someone else, I'll get you re-registered for free.

Count me in for timing. I have not yet registered. I'll probably be in the Miata, or a co-drive with someone else.
