Found a set of old aluminum slots in 13x5.5 that'll fit the car.
But now I need lugnuts -- shank-style Mag wheel lugnuts with washers, with 3/8-24 thread. Any of you similarly afflicted folks got a bucket of old brit car lugnuts around? Need 16 of them!
