Just so everyone is up to date here is the current Iowa Region schedule for 2009:

May 3rd - Marshalltown go kart track
May 31st - Iowa Speedway, Newton
June 14th - Hawkeye Downs, Cedar Rapids
June 28th - Oskaloosa (Iowa Challenge - DMVR hosted)
July 26th - Hawkeye Downs, Cedar Rapids
August 2nd - Marshalltown go kart track
August 16th - Iowa Speedway, Newton

*edit 4/22/09 - Hawkeye Downs dates added

We have officially lost Waterloo Greyhound Park, half to FEMA trailer storage and now the other half to windmill parts storage.

Sweet... I'll get these on our Calendar tomorrow.

Couldn't swing the Easter Day event, huh? :lol:

Couldn't get another site lined up in time. I got the call 3 weeks ago thursday from the group that owns greyhound park, to let me know that they were breaking our contract.

Got the events on our calendar.

Bummer about losing the Greyhound park. Let us know when you get the Hawkeye Downs events finalized and I'll post those as well.

Jeff Christianson called me this morning to inform me that he was finally able to get 2 dates worked out at Hawkeye Downs in Cedar Rapids.

We'll be there on June 14th and July 26th. I've added them to the schedule on the first post :)
