New Monday Karting League?

I dunno about you guys, but I'm sitting here on Jan 2nd and staring at my calendar for the next few months, and seeing a lot of nothing motorsports related. (maybe I'll get up to my dad's place for some snowmobiling?)

What do you guys think about another Monday league, starting maybe the 12th or 19th, and going through March 2nd or 9th? Or maybe even one that's not every week, but goes longer? (late march)

I'm in favor of a Monday league, starting soon. I'd prefer eight to ten contiguous weeks. (Sure, I'll need a sub for one or two of those Mondays, but finding a sub has never been a problem.) If it's just six events spread out over 12 weeks or more, count me out.

As much fun as it was, the $175 can go to making my car easer to drive, or some maintainence. Willing to sub for anyone that needs it though! :D

Which location were you thinking of having this league at? Can you also throw out a rough financial commitment number to someone totally new to this? I'm very interested and can possible wrangle up a couple more gear heads.

Well, six is a start, but it won't get us a league.

We'll keep it open for any stragglers, maybe I'll have to do some "convincing" at the awards party. =]

I think I'm going to have to shy away from this one due to financial reasons. I'm trying to conserve a little in hopes of a late winter CO trip... if its ~8 weeks were probably looking at something around $240 or so right?
