View Full Version : Monday Night Kart Endurance
UPDATE _ This is open to everyone!
Okay, you ran the Monday night league and you only needed 30 more laps to pass Neal. Or, maybe, you really craved one more taco. Well, fear no more, join us for the league closer Endurance Race on Monday, Dec 22nd - normal time, 6:30. Remember this is great exercise to shed some extra pounds and fit in those old Christmas sweaters (NOTE:order the low-fat sour cream for your 10 tacos )
Please reply back if you plan to attend. We need at least 16 people... if nobody objects, let's prioritize league members first and open it to anyone who wants to join.
It should be a great time. Plenty of seat time for $28.

Okay, guys. Good news bad news...
bad news, not enough to do a team enduro.
Good news... we have enough people to do an individual enduro. So, just plan to show up at 6:30 and Tim will give us an enduro event, just no hot pit changes. Probably 60 laps or so. I'm sure he'll shake things up a little to keep it even (maybe Nascar style).

So what's the final count? Can you take late "day of event" entries?

Do you have a crooked shovel? Best thing in the world to keep your back straight. I'll never go back to a straight handle.

Is this still going to happen tonight? Are there anymore non-league spots open? I might be able to make it, but I won't have computer access for most of the day.

Been meaning to buy one since november, I'm thinking that's going to happen tonight.
Patrick - I'm sure you're fine, head on down.

That was one of the BEST endurance events I've ever run, very clean racing, no big crashes, everyone was running a good line and Tim said the first 6 places were .1X apart lap times.
I wanted to say GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!! :rockon
Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Thanks for letting us non league members join in the fun. I know I had a blast. Hopefully we didn't slow people down too much out there.
Last night I felt a little stiff in the shoulders but other than that I am not really sore. Except for a small bruise on my back from a self-inflected wall mishap I am feeling pretty good.
Right on! :rockon
