Nat's, what to bring?

I know that at one time there was a list posted of things to bring to a National event but I can't seem to find it. Anyone remember this?

I do remember that we're suspose to bring jack stands and a plywood base. I have a bunch of scrap plywood in the shop, if anyone needs some plywood bases let me know. I will be in Topeka on Tue or we can meet locally later this week for delivery.

Nothing really special than what you normmally bring. Just more of it, realizing your 600 miles from home.

Definately the jack stands and plywood pieces...they will be picky about that. Sometimes cars are required to be jacked up and put in jackstands in impound, but you will know about that before you compete. You need the stands anyway.

Other than that, lots of all weather clothes....it can be cold or hot, wet or dry of course. Lot's of lounging goes on in "camp", so bring a folding chair. Cooler with Negra Modelo for me, camera with lot's of memory, maybe more spares and tools than you might normally bring. There's lot's of support so if you forget anything, between us all we'll have you covered.

Although I've never been there, I hear humility is a good thing to bring.

Maybe we could even "recycle" plywood scraps between the Tues / Wed and Thurs / Friday people like we do with Rulebooks. Heck, we could come up with a "shared equipment" list if people are running out of transport space.

I have a whole stack of plywood scraps sitting in the garage that I cut up for Nationals last year. I should have enough for everyone, if we share a bit.
